For those working in community groups, public, third sector organisations and anyone collaborating to innovate and deliver services in challenging times and those curious about Systems-Centered work
Come and join us for two days to explore how to build teams and work productively in groups using a Systems-Centered (SCT) approach. Differences and disagreements in work groups are often a challenge and can interfere with getting work done. SCT offers ways of working with differences so we can begin to hear the value in them and work productively together.
■ ■ ■
We will use the Systems-Centered conflict resolution method of functional subgrouping to discover what’s helping and getting in the way of us working together. We will also explore real-life work challenges that participants bring. We will think together about predictable patterns that emerge in groups and what to do to move things forward.
We hope to have fun!
