Come & learn the nuts & bolts of SAVI & practise having more productive & satisfying conversations
In this two-day Introductory Workshop, open to all, we will:
- Explore through the SAVI lens why some conversations flow & others get stuck
- Discover ways to reduce ‘noise’ so more information gets heard & problems are solved more easily
- Try out new verbal behaviours to increase energy & satisfaction at work & in life
- Build an exploratory, collaborative learning climate & have fun
Putting SAVI To Work: Applications Practicum
8 & 9 June 2022
Work with others to develop your skills in bringing SAVI into work & life, using it to see & understand how what we say impacts on our ability to live & work together.
Open to those who have done the two-day Introductory SAVI Workshop.
This two-day practicum will work with the specific application questions participants bring, with the goal of integrating SAVI understanding & skills into real-life contexts like using SAVI:
- To guide more productive conversations at work & at home
- As a lens on therapeutic work
- To assess the dynamics & phase of development of a system (e.g. a person, couple, family, team, organisation)
Registration Fees (per workshop):

Rowena's areas of expertise are coaching individuals and teams; strategic marketing and planning; mapping systems; "action learning"; and working with the planned and unplanned sides of organisational life and change. She focuses on improving communication and implementing practical solutions to deliver tangible results. She works transparently using systems-oriented methods and tools. Annika is an independent advisor specialising in ownership transition in family businesses, processes where the ability to have constructive problem solving meetings are central to long-term success and lasting change.
